A WebQuest is an inquiry-oriented lesson format in which most or all the information that learners work with comes from the web.
I'm in the process of creating some for my year 7 and year 8 students. As soon as these are done I will provide you with a link to them. In the meantime one the best FREE WebQuest sites I have come across is Zunal. It has thousands of lesson ideas for all areas of the curriculum and is really worth checking out.
